A reference for make-up created in 1985 by the famous make-up artist Aïda THIVAT-CARANGE. ITM Paris trains make-up artists in two or three years for cinema, fashion, television, advertising, special effects and The live show.
The goal is to train versatile make-up artists who can work on a theater set, a theater box or the backstage of a parade.
The courses are taught by professionals: make-up artists, hairdressers, stylists, chef operators.
Practice is an important part of training. The students take part in numerous internships and professional activities: filming, shooting, parades are promoted thanks to partnerships established with schools of cinema, fashion, television channels or companies of spectacle ... All these courses allow students become familiar with the sectors in which they are likely to work later and to thus create their network of contacts, which are very important in this trade.
If you completed two years of study after high school, the school offers a training in 1 year to integrate the major brands of cosmetics as make-up consultant or trainers.

A "Discovery of professional artistic makeup" workshop was set up for young people wishing to discover the profession of professional makeup artist. It takes place during school holidays over a week.
